"HOW CAN YOUR PRINTING BE SO CHEAP YET STILL MAINTAIN SUCH HIGH QUALITY?"
A lot of cost in printing, besides production and paper, is in the admin. As we are a completely 'Online' business, we are simply receiving artwork and printing it. Using a dedicated press ready for the online artwork, our turnaround and capacity is also a major contributory factor. In the current financial climate, we have also made sure our profit margins are as low as possible, relying on customers returning regularly to buy our products - guaranteeing that we have your satisfaction as our main priority.
"WHY DOES ARTWORK NEED TO BE A PDF?"
The PDF File (Portable Document Format) is a universal format which can be read and printed with little or no variation from the original document. Again, with regard to keeping our costs as low as possible for you, this means that each job we receive simply has to be checked it isn't corrupted then goes straight to plate ready to print, incurring no cost to you. This is why it's VERY important to read our Upload Guide before you send your artwork, as we will be printing what you upload.
"HOW DO YOU CREATE A PDF?"
The Upload Guide will explain everything you need to organise your artwork ready to print.
"WHAT IF I REALLY CAN'T CREATE A PDF?"
Then Contact Us with your details and we may be able to create the PDF for you for a small charge.
"WHAT IF I REALLY CAN'T CREATE THE ARTWORK?"
Again. Contact Us with your details and we will quote you based on your requirements.
"I NEED A HIGHER QUANTITY THAN YOU HAVE LISTED. CAN YOU DO IT?"
We have tried to keep the range of products and quantities as basic as possible to contribute towards keeping the costs low. However, If you do need a different quantity and would still like to use Cheap Online Print, then Contact Us with the details and we will quote for your job specification.
"HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?"
Cheap Online Print payments are made via Paypal. At the Paypal payment page, you have the choice to pay via a Credit/Debit card or your own Paypal account. You must use the same Invoice address that the card you are paying with is registered to otherwise Paypal will not validate the payment method. Your delivery address can be different to the payment /billing address which is an option earlier in the checkout process.

"WHERE CAN YOU DELIVER?"
Cheap Online Print is UK mainland based only. Delivery is available anywhere within the UK mainland. See our Terms for more detail.
"IS IT GENUINELY A 48 Hour and /or 5 WORKING DAY TURNAROUND?"
Yes. Or quicker!. This is the maximum delivery/despatch time we allow from the date you upload your artwork to your receipt of the printed job. Depending on your upload day/time, this can even be as quick as same day despatch - that's 24 hour delivery (based on delivery via 1st class Royal Mail).
"ARE YOU USING OLD PRINTING EQUIPMENT TO KEEP COSTS DOWN?"
On the contrary. We are using state-of-the-art Litho and Digital presses with computer to plate technology ensuring an excellent level of quality to all our printed jobs.
